Let’s celebrate the arrival of spring

asparagi grigliatiWe long for the first spring days and we adore to celebrate them with a harvest from our garden.
March 20th in the early morning I could pick our first asparagus, and I simply grilled them wrapped in pancetta.
Delicious with our A Mano Bianco 2015.
