A•Mano Negroamaro comes from a single vineyard in the Salento peninsula. It has a crumbly dark reddish brown soil that resembles instant coffee and is the BEST Negroamaro vineyard that we have ever seen! The flavors of crushed berries, black cherries and spices with a hint of flowers are carried by silky tannins and a long, soft finish.
Great Negroamaro is delightful in its youth with all the exuberant fruit flavors. It will also age for a very long time and develop the complexities of mature Burgundy.
