I am not a traditional winemaker.
I taste the grapes. Grapes talk to me and I listen.
I think that A Mano, our wine, has a strong personality.
When you choose a partner, choose one a lot smarter than you are.
Consistent quality is fundamental.
I like to drink well. I like to drink my wine.
In our wines you will always be able to taste the grapes and the vineyard they came from.
I love Rose but it is always the most difficult wine to make.
Terroir means that the wines taste like the grapes and the region where they come from.
Why A Mano, why this name?
