The personal data collected includes: Cookies, Usage Data, name, surname, phone number and email address. Full details are provided in the dedicated sections. Data may be provided freely by the User or collected automatically while using the Application.

All data requested is mandatory unless otherwise specified. Refusal may prevent the provision of the Service. Any use of Cookies has the purpose of providing the requested Service, in addition to the further purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy.

The User is responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application.

Method and Place of Processing of Collected Data

Method of Processing

The Data Controller adopts security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and telematic tools. In addition to the Data Controller, Data may be accessed by administrative, sales, marketing, legal personnel, system administrators, or by external parties (technical suppliers, couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed as Data Processors. It is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the specific legal basis of the processing.

Place

Data is processed at the operating offices of the Data Controller, and in any other places where the parties involved are located. Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than that of the User. For information about the place of processing, please contact the Data Controller. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the European Union or to international organizations, as well as the security measures adopted.

Retention Period

Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Personal Data collected for contract performance will be retained until the contract is completed;
  • Data collected for legitimate interest will be retained until that interest is satisfied;
  • where processing is based on consent, the Data Controller may retain Data until consent is withdrawn;
  • the Data Controller may be required to retain Data due to a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

Once the retention period expires, Data will be deleted. Rights of access, deletion, rectification and portability can no longer be exercised after that point.

Purposes of Processing

User Data is collected to allow the Data Controller to provide its Services for the following purposes: access to third-party accounts, statistics, contacting the User, interaction with social networks and external platforms.

Third-Party Services Used

Google Maps Widget (Google Inc.) — map visualization service. Data collected: Cookies and Usage Data. Place of processing: USA.

Google reCAPTCHA (Google Inc.) — SPAM protection. Use is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of use. Data collected: Cookies and Usage Data. Place of processing: USA.

Google Analytics with IP Anonymization (Google Inc.) — web analytics service. Google uses the collected Personal Data to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google. This integration anonymizes the IP address by truncating it within EU member states or other states adhering to the European Economic Area. Data collected: Cookies and Usage Data. Place: USA.

Contact Form — by filling in the contact form, the User consents to the use of their data to respond to requests. Data collected: surname, name, email.

Tasting Booking Form — by filling in the booking form, the User consents to the use of their data to respond. Data collected: surname, name, email, phone number.

User Rights

Users may exercise certain rights regarding the Data processed by the Data Controller:

  • Withdraw consent at any time — the User may withdraw any previously given consent to the processing of their Personal Data.
  • Object to the processing of their Data — the User may object when the processing is based on a legal basis other than consent.
  • Access their Data — the User has the right to obtain information about the Data processed and receive a copy of the Data.
  • Verify and request rectification — the User may verify the accuracy of their Data and request updates or corrections.
  • Obtain restriction of processing — when certain conditions apply.
  • Obtain erasure or removal of their Personal Data — when certain conditions apply.
  • Receive their Data or have it transferred to another controller — in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Lodge a complaint — with the competent supervisory authority or take legal action.

To exercise their rights, Users can send a request to the contact details of the Data Controller indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed as soon as possible, and in any case within one month.

Further Information About Processing

Defense in court: the User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in court or in the stages leading up to legal action arising from misuse of this Application or related Services.

System logs and maintenance: for operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services it uses may collect system logs, which are files that record interactions and may contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

“Do Not Track” requests: this Application does not support “Do Not Track” requests.

Changes to this Privacy Policy: the Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, informing Users on this page.
